I bought a hot water tap and boiler from Hanstrom. There were some issues with both but Hanstrom customer service sorted out the problems immediately and send me replacements. I have been very impressed with their help line and efficiency of service. They are there to ensure you are a satisfied customer.

I contacted Hanstrom via their online contact form. In all honesty, I thought it would fall into a blackhole and i'd need to follow up with a phone call. Hanstrom customer care responded within hours and my issue was handled with professionalism and care. My issue was solved within an hour. Great service

The tap we purchased (Hanstrom 3-in-1 Flex Touch Instant Boiling Water Tap - Brushed Gold) because we wanted both the instant boiling water and a flexible hose for the regular water tap.
