HanstromReviews of hanstrom.com

I consider their customer service to be one of the best ever. Every time I contacted them, they replied promptly. Whenever I had a problem, they provided accurate and effective instructions to solve it. The product is very good, but the people there are excellent!

Brilliant product can’t fault it! Highly recommend. I went for the 3-1 swan boiler tap. Easy to install and gives your kitchen that luxury finish.

I recently sent a complaint to this company on the peeling of my Rose gold tap. The tap is out of warranty, but without question they acknowledged the issue of this colour and immediately sent me a replacement tap. They also did it within 2 days This is excellent customer service and If I could give them 6 stars I would

Our Hanstrom instant hot water boiler stopped working. The customer service team at Hanstrom were very helpful and professional in trying to solve the issue. With a failed attempt to fix it following their advice, they then offered to replace with a new boiler with no charge even though we were one month over the twelve month warranty. We were very impressed with how the problem was resolved and the overall customer service. Highly recommend.

Good tap and I like the safety feature!

Customer service has been excellent. We recently bought one of their 3-1 hot taps and have been very pleased with it so far. We had a slight issue that the mixer handle was too long, after a bodged DIY job of cutting it down ourselves we reached out to ask if we could order a replacement handle. They have been very accommodating on trying to help us solve our issue.

Good Product Stylish look Works well Easy up keep and maintenance

Absolutely delighted with this boiling water tap. The brushed gold finish has a premium feel and adds a touch of class to the kitchen. It stands out for all the right reasons. We went with this brand mainly because of the range of finishes available, and it didn’t disappoint. Stylish, solid, and exactly what we were after.
