From order to delivery the service was good. The product itself was well packaged and installation straightforward. Looks good and aesthetically pleasing.

Well impressed. Not only with the speed of my order arriving but the quality or the Tap and Boiler.Easy to assemble and fit. I had a problem with fitting the tap to my work surface as the Threaded Tub was just long enough to get a few threads to hold the tap in position, could of done with it being another 15mm longer. Saying that the 2.4 Boiler is adequate for a couple. Will give it a couple of years and will probably upgrade to a larger capacity boiler. All in all I’m well satisfied with my purchase. 28 July 2023. Had a e-mail from Verana.co.uk Company I purchased my tap from and they say they can provide/source a longer Threaded Tub for me. Waiting to hear from them next week. Most impressed, that’s the way to run a company and keep their customers happy 👍

Tap started leaking after 5 months. Customer Service at Hanstrom has been very helpful and friendly. They sent us a new tap for replacement straight away.

I bought my hot water tap from Verano and just had it fitter. It's amazing, looks great and has a real high end feel to it, a real quality product.

Well made tap, very solid and strong, glad I purchased this make (Hanstrom). Delivery was quick too, emailed customer service and they came back to me straight away with my questions. Would recommend this company.

Hot tap is a game changer and Hanstrom was the best value. Boiler fits under sink well, chrome tap suits kitchen, hot water is quick and tank boiling is not very loud, very happy
