Hot tap stopped working, contacted Ahmed in customer services and after initial attempts to rectify the issue over the phone new boiler was sent out with no hesitation and arrived within 2 days. Very good service and issue resolved in no time.

We have been using the tap from Hanstrom for over a month now and I have to say it's made a tremendous difference on 2 fronts: 1. Less time is spent waiting for the kettle to boil as we have 'kettle ready hot water' right out of the tap. 2. Because we only use the exact water required for hot beverages we are not wasting any water. The fitting of the tap was straight forward and the quality of the product is grade A - considering this tap is a lot cheaper than similar products advertised on television. The warranty that comes with the tap is good and another reflection of the good value offered by this product. I also liked the presentation box it came in. I wish we had gotten this tap years ago.

Extremely happy with our new product. This has made life so easy. The installation process is so easy, and the products is even easier to use. I was worried about this with having young children, however the safety features are excellent.

Extremely happy with our new Hanstrom 4 in 1 Hot Water Tap. Its very simple to use but very safe for whent he Grandchildren are around. Amazing saving on time and energy. Would highly recommend.

Just had my Matt black Hanstrom 3-in-1 Square Touch Instant Boiling Water Tap and it looks great in my new kitchen and was reasonably priced. It was easy to fit and working instantly. It didn’t take long for its first boil which I thought would take hours but it was minutes.. would definitely recommend.
