Good customer service. They arranged a replacement boiler promptly.

Called company to sort out a boiler fault on a Hanstron 4 in 1 boiler tap system. Spoke with Ahmed at Verana who was very helpful and can replace just the boiler at a reasonable price as boiler is out of warranty. Very good service.

Great tap, does what it says on the tin; we have instant boiling water when we need it. Delivery was on time, and my plumber tells me it was fairly easy to install. The copper complements the copper/gold accents in my kitchen units and worktop. Only minor issue is that the boiler is quite loud when it’s heating the water but we can live with that given the extremely reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

When we had a problem with our Hanstrom tap, within the guarantee time, then they replaced the boiler unit without question.

Had this tap for a year now and very happy. So much more convenient having boiling water on hand in an (almost) instant. It does take a second or two to come through when you pull the lever, but it's no big deal. My only downsides are sometimes the safety lever doesn't spring back fully so can continue to run boiling water. The flow rate drops after 10 to 20 seconds, before it starts to come out a bit airated, as if spitting, then returning to a slow flow (so filling a pan with water for cooking can take a while) And the lever for the normal hot a d cold tap has come off twice since I have had it, easy to pop back on and it seems sturdy enough, but it's just the fact it has fallen off twice already. Overall it's a good product, the price is very reasonable compared to the big brand names out there, and although there are minor gripes, it's nothing that has made the product unusable or a disappointment 👍

3-1 Hanstrom tap... overall, a great tap. Was a bit tricky to fit at certain points but looks great once installed. Boiling tap take a few seconds to start producing water but don't k now if that's just how all boiling taps work... otherwise, works beautifully.

Purchased a Hanstrom 3 in 1 hot water tap - looks great and works well. Really happy and only reason for 4 not 5 stars after 2 weeks of use the spring popped out inside the tap mechanism but we were sent a video by a very helpful customer services person and were able to easily follow the instructions to put it back and it hasn't happened since.

Had to replace the boiler unit as it failed under warranty. No issues getting it replaced, once agreed, came next day and all working fine again now.
