Great customer service

I've been delighted with my Olan 4-in-1 tap! It was much more affordable than other multi-function taps on the market and the compact boiler unit was perfect for the limited cupboard space I have. I no longer have to wait for a kettle to boil to make a hot drink, or filter water separately - it's so convenient! I ordered my tap directly from the website and the delivery was prompt. The installation of the tap does need to be done carefully, but the guide simplifies the process with clear steps to follow. I recommend this tap to anyone who is looking for a similar product.

Helpful, responsive and friendly - when I had given up hope of ever speaking to someone ( multiple phone calls, emails and no response) Ahmed made contact and sorted everything out for us ! We bought the Ume - Brushed Brass in July 2023 for our kitchen renovation and we started using it in December. Excellent tap so far, very impressed and it looks great too! A big thank you to Alex, who helped to sort out an issue where the system put through a brushed nickel instead of brushed brass order. He sorted this out immediately.

We went with hanstrom for our boiling water tap and are so happy with it. The design along with the price was exactly what we were looking for. Super straight forward to install and maintain.
