I bought it last year and it came with perfect condition. tap looks nice and stylish. after using for 6 months the boiler seems not working well. Called the them and Ahmed from CS is helpful and finally send me the replacement. all good

We have enjoyed our boiling water tap for around a year now and couldn’t be without it! Great customer service from the team at Verana/Hanstrom. The taps look great and deliver boiling water efficiently as promised. Any issues the customer service team are contactable through emails and phone calls, looking to resolve any issues you may have. When there was a problem with my equipment the team organised a replacement to be sent out to get the tap back in working order again. Looking forward to fitting the replacement and enjoying the instant boiling water again!

Great, efficient service from Ahmed at Hanstrom. Instant Boiler stopped working, contacted Ahmed who kindly resolved the issue by issuing me a new boiler to fix the concern. Recommend Hanstrom and Verana tap.
