Product quality, personnel were great. What I didn't like was the very cheap, unfinished wood trim that I had to paint...blah. also the quality of your free gift was horrible. It was a tablet which never worked. It was an off brand and we got rid of it. We purchased an Amazon Fire for 100 bucks on QVC that works great...very disappointed in your off brand gift.

It was a grt experience alex and his team did a grt job it was done in 1 day amazing however there were a lot of nails fallen in the grass and that caused a issue with my landscaping team and the refused to remove the leaves for this season I had to do it all, but despite that it was a job well done

We were pleased with the initial assessment and knowledge of our representative. The knowledge of the team leader was apparent during install. We liked that he took thorough pics of our attic space after completion to show me and they were very professional in their work. However, we asked that he would e-mail the photos to us-he said he would but it has been almost a month and no photos. Also, as he was finishing up, it was a little annoying to have the phone ringing with Hansens on the line asking if everything was cleaned up to our satisfaction. The men hadn't even left yet so I told them I did not know. But after they left, I saw they really hadn't cleaned up well- tracked mud in the house and on the porch so I had to clean it myself and vacuum. Hansens never did follow up by phone to finish the survey. I think it's to call Hansens and ask where the photos of my attic are.
