HANSONSReviews of hansons.com

Hansons did a great job on our roof. The only downside was how long it took the builders to come out and do the job. Ordered the roof in October and the builders weren't able to come out until the middle of January. After many cancelations and rescheduling due to lack of builders.

While we believe we got quality windows, we felt a bit pressured by your salesman. He was great in explaining things to make the deal sound good but not very good on follow up when we asked him things after we agreed to buy. He also showed up at our house looking dishevelled and not very professional looking. This would have been OK if we didn't feel like we were given a "sales job" instead of an honest presentation. We also feel lucky that we didn't agree right away because we were given a better sales price on better quality windows because we didn't say yes right away. That makes us wonder if it would be better if you just offered honest pricing right up front so people don't feel like they're being "sold".

Good communication throughout the process. Good workers. Still need to come back in spring with magnet to do final cleanup. Still have not received my free tablet. Received refund for unused boards promptly and have been told when I submit expenses for repair of damaged ceiling and outside door trims that I would be reimbursed. Very satisfied with services to date.

Everything was fine, no complaints. Was an insulation job, about which I know very little

The options were great everything was timely..just wish the finance offers were a little better

Everything was handled professionally and courteously and in a timely fashion.
