They broke contract. We’re very rude. Lied. In no way was it good

We change the roof in 2017 and had really bad experience and do not recommend to anybody. The price was higher than any other company that I compared so I thought they will do good job! No ! No! No. they use subcontractors that roofer had very little experience and some of them no experience. Contractor charge me 1 kitchen vent for $170 that sales man didn’t explain me before that I could buy it from anywhere for $49.99 .when I call my sales man he said he could not do anything but I said you didn’t tell before!!!!!! So do not recommend this company

Gutters were not leveled or caulked. Had them totally replaced three months after Hanson’s installed. Found holes behind gutters that no one ever showed me as they were installing. The experience was more like, put them up, get the check and get out of here.

In the fall of 2017 I had Hanson’s install insulation in my attic Fast forward to Winter 2018 and lots of icicles NOTE – When you have insulation installed you should not have icicles or so I was led to believe. I called Hanson’s and asked them to come out and take a look. I received a call from Hanson’s warranty department saying that the insulation was installed correctly and it was the homeowners issue to deal with icicles due to venting into the attic. Here is my problem – wouldn’t you think the folks doing the pre-inspection should have said something? What about the folks doing the actual installation? As a homeowner we hire stuff to be done because we are not the experts. Now I have to work around a lot of insulation to fix the issue. The idea was to pay an expert to do it right the first time! Lesson learned - Hanson’s is not an expert

unacceptable experience on the part of HANSONS.. I would not recommend HANSONS to anyone needing any kind of work done.. Look else where
