Workers left trash and roof debris in my lawn. Did not install soffit vents causing huge ice damns. The roofer fell through the roof and left a huge whole in my dry and thr check they promised to fix it never showed up. Very close to calling an attorney

Failure to warn us about problems they knew we would be having. Fitting of shades and Hansons reversed ALL our window openings without letting us know ahead of time. We also have one of our patio screen doors falling apart without us even using it (screen falling out). If I would have know about the problems I would a never had Hansons replace my windows.

I have installed new windows over a year ago and still getting a run around on getting them fixed and have taken off quite a few days of work to get them fixed and still nothing and when I take a day off I don’t get paid. There wouldn’t be much difference if I had my windows open then the new triple pain windows. Would not recommend Hanson’s to anyone Infact I tell people to look else where I when I get the rest of my windows done this spring it will be with someone else.

Absolutely horrible experience that has thrown me into a frustrating debt! My roof took weeks to be done and was done so poorly the crew was fired after inspection! My attic was flooded and my roof still had several leaks after the roof was "done". After calling numerous people complaining and asking for them to at least make it right by lowering my bill I got no where. I would never recommend Hansons to anyone

Damaged our property and left a mess... Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the experience for the high cost.

I had gutter guards installed. The installer did a bad job. He was done in 30 minutes. Didn’t do what I asked. I sent pics to my sales person and his supervisor and NO ONE contacted me. Two different roofing companies said It was not good work. I would have pursued it with Hansons, but the roofer I hired said he would correct it. I am finished with Hansons. They charge top dollar but the job wasn’t worth what I paid.

Worst customer service ever. My family was lied to and scammed.
