Great experience from start to finish. Salesman showed up on time and spent as much time as needed to answer our questions about new windows...he did not try to up-sell the product. He sold us a good quality window that fit our needs and budget. Installers (May Construction) showed up yesterday on time and started working right away...great crew....clean, professional, and courteous. Had our windows installed in one day. When finished they answered any questions and really went above and beyond what we expected! Cleaned their work area, replaced lawn ornaments and left with no evidence they were even here. Windows are great...can already tell the difference with the cold and wind outside. The whole Hansons team really exceeded our expectations with follow up phone calls to ensure our satisfaction...we couldn't be more pleased and will definitely be contacting again for any future work. Thanks again for a great experience.

Had a Warranty repair and Julie muhner was my Adjuster for the claim, She was the best and needs to be recognized for a excellent job and performance, She kept me informed and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of, Thanks a million Julie muhner

The Grand Rapids (MI) repairman, Talon, arrived on time and was very personable. He listened to my concern, looked at the area inside and outside my home, and then went up on my roof. He explained to me what he was looking for and what he was seeing. He took pictures to show me when he got down. He clearly explained the source of my leak problem and what his corrective steps would be. He quickly repaired the issue and took pictures to show me of the repairs. He arrived, fixed the problem, and left in only 20-30 minutes. The only negative part of the whole process was that I had to wait almost 2 weeks for a repairman to be able to come out. Fortunately, nothing happened during the delay time. Hanson's kept to their word of repairing anything that went wrong!

Hanson's did a spectacular Job on my siding but it took so long 4 months from the time I contacted the job to the time they actually got it done. I think that was a bit long.
