My wood floors were marked up a bit. So clean up should have been more thorough.

Installers were awesome. Went above and beyond my expectations. Issues: missing top locking latch on one window and a screen slightly damaged. Installers noted my complaints and I'm still waiting for my repair/replacement. 3 months.

Salesman offered us a good price. Explained the guarantee to us also went over the different quality of windows. Windows were ready ahead of schedule. Installers were professional and went over how the windows work before leaving. I did have to call to get my I pad as promised but the manager got it right out to me. I also had to ask for an itemized bill so that I could claim a Consumers Energy rebate. Overall I would use them again or recommend them to a friend.

Hanson did good work upgrading my attic insulation. The original estimate was the best of all I had gathered, but after I agreed to it, I was told that there was a miscalculation, and I was asked to split the difference. That made the estimate one of the higher ones I had gotten, but I stayed with Hansons for the work.

Window quality is great! The installation crew was exceptional. Honestly the wait for installation was the only reason I didn't give a 5 Star review. We bought during the busiest window buying season, and they were busy!!! Hanson's Customer Service was super and the Company went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased.
