I feel like three stars is generous, but two stars isn't quite right given the description. The windows that I had installed work wonderfully, however the process of getting them was a total wreck. My salesperson lied repeatedly, didn't give me information, and I ended up having to call in regularly myself to figure out what was going on. When they came to do the install, they didn't have all the information from Hanson's. They were getting ready to leave when I pointed out that they hadn't done the trim around one of the windows that I had paid for. I love the product, I'm not fond of the customer service. I don't feel like I should have to call in every 2 to 3 weeks in order to find out what's going on with my order, my install, and the loan that they helped me get. Eddie of the product itself a rating of 5. And give Hansen's ability to organize, and make things happen, while keeping their customer informed, a one and a half or two.

Took forever to get our insulation installed and it was a third party company

We required a new roof, and I feel we received an excellent product at a fair price. I was disappointed that some facts about our purchase agreement with Hansons were misrepresented by the sales representative. Two main issues surfaced. I specifically asked if Hansons employees did the work, rather than the work being subcontracted. The sales representative said Hansons employees always do the work. My work was subcontracted. I would never have hired Hansons if I had been told the truth. I was also told that a $100 credit would be given for each day Hansons did not show up for scheduled work. I was given a $100 credit, but they did not show up for a week at one time. When I discussed these issues with my project manager, she just said the sales representative shouldn't have told me the things he did and would do no more about it. Like I said, I am totally happy with my new roof and am considering having the subcontractor do some additional work for me, but the misrepresentation by the Hansons sales representative left a bad taste. Not a good way to close a sale. As a side note, the premium we received for signing with Hansons was their tablet currently being offered on their web site. When we finally received it, it had a scratch on the screen and will only hold a charge for a short time. I guess if you're going to offer a premium, it should be something worth receiving.

Took to long for the job, workers said it was to hot to work on day, I worked for Ford 37 years and they never told me it was to hot, the price for the siding is just out of sight, will call another company. Workmanship good, salesperson told me I didn't need new sills but I did, not good, three stars.

Left a bunch of trash and nails throughout my whole yard, and I've had 2 nails go through my winter boots since they left. Roof seems fine, but I would not recommend after the salesman spent 3 hours in my house, refusing to leave until I picked a roof, claiming I wouldn't find a mess after the roofers left. Not worth the almost 9 grand I paid. Find a smaller, more personal company for your roofing needs.
