Been trying to get a final invoice for several weeks after work was completed. Calls to the 1-800-Hanson’s number have not been returned. Poor customer service. At this point would not recommend to another person since the lack of care is obvious. However, since I am only one customer I doubt this review will result in any follow up from Hanson’s.

The communication from the office and schedulers was frustrating and inadequate. There was supposed to be a scheduled install date, but no one called me back to confirm anything. The original vm asked me to call back to discuss dates. I returned the call, but had to leave a vm. I called a few days later and left another message. No one called me for two weeks and the call I received then was to tell me that installers would be there in about 2 hours. This home is a second residence from me as I work 2 hours away. When I explained this they apologized and noticed that in fact someone had dropped the ball on communicating with me. To reschedule I would have had to wait 3-4 weeks!!! To ensure this project was done before winter, I had to leave my job and Rush two hours to get there on time. Mind you, I signed the contract for the windows in June/July. The only positive experience I had was with the install team, they were friendly, organized, clean and hard working. Based on the frustrations and lack of communication about timeline and scheduling, I would not recommend Hanson’s to family or friends.

Great product terrible service.They had to come back cause they didn’t put the ridge on the peak and clean up was spotty at best plus they would stop to go smoke marijuana overall very unprofessional

Contractors were great. Installed quickly and clean up was nearly perfect. Very nice group of men. Salesman lied through his teeth about the product and who would be installing it. Will not deal with Hanson’s again and will be sharing my experience.

Your salesman sucked never got back to us said he would be here thru the whole installation and never showed up. Contractor were good guys nice job so far but like I said your salesman was awful.

when my wife and i picked hansons it was because the had an amazing offer compared to the other roofing companies. what we didnt know is that hansons sales man didnt even go on the roof to check anything out. After the had a crew they hired come out they told us we need so much extta work that it totaled over $7k to what was given to us. The crew they had sent to us was disrespectful of our property and the surroundings. they tore off the shigles and let them sit in our bushes for 3 days and all they did was cover them with a tarp and said they would come back to clean it up. We had called hansons and told them that our driveway was littered with nails, screws, and other debris. Hansons sent the same crew out to clean up and all they did was sweep the driveway. I have a fenced in area in the back that our dog uses to go outside and go potty and we picked up a half of gallon ziploc bag full of nails and staples that the dog could hurt himself on. On another note we purchased our roof during a promotion that said we would get a free tablet and havent heard a word about it. We just got tired of calling and pointing oit stuff that should have been done in the first place. We are spending 21k on a roof and we have to clean up ourselves.

We were not happy with how long it took to process our order. 4 Months. We had to call in to find out that our installers was not showing up on the date scheduled.

I was really excited to purchase windows from Hansons, but it was nothing but problems after I signed the paper work. First they offer tickets (of course the rep didn't carry on him) to the renaissance festival, which I didn't get until Friday when there was 2 weekends left, which forced me to go to the last weekend. I signed the paperwork early Sept and took till end of Oct to start install (i guess that is normal for them- I sure wasn't told it would take that long). Then as the install started they noticed I was a window short, which you think they would put a rush on- their error- took another 6 weeks. The final thing that was unsatisfactory the TV ads stated no payments till Sept 2018, well guess what Feb 2018 payments started, maybe that was my fault of not looking at the contract and make sure everything promised was on it.
