The salesman was rude and misleading. I asked him tp leave my house 2 times because I felt he was jacking me around. Finally as he was leaving he gave us his best price which was $4000 less than he started the quote with. Then he flat out lied to me about our skylight and then because of the way he set up a deal "on the side" with the installers we ended up losing a skylight we wanted and had in the house since the day we bought it several years ago. He also never told us they would take the satellite dish off and not put it back. So I went 7 days without TV and when the satellite comp. came out to re-install it they told me the roofer apparently threw it off the roof and broke it and it couldnt be fixed. I was lied to misled and my stuff was broken and was getting robbed on the quote until I called the interview off and asked him to go. A bunch of crooked deals. The roof itself was ok when it was done but the experience was horrible.

One of installers fell off his ladder while installing my 2nd floor windows on both sides of my house. He damaged my conduit, security lighting and screen door on his way down one side of my house. I couldn't find any damage on the other side but he fell onto my neighbor's arbor, or he would've taken out their car. No one told me about this until my neighbors came over to inquire as to whether he was hurt. Then, I found vomit in my drapes that were on my bed. When I reported this, the supervisor who came out to inspect the damage said he would hammer out my screen door and the guys who damaged the lights and conduit would have to fix it! I vehemently objected. The only good thing about the whole incident was my project manager Tammy. She set everything straight and things are being replaced by adequately trained service people. I would never recommend this crew to anyone. They are disrespectful and deceitful and reflect very badly on the Hanson name.

I would NEVER recommend HANSONS for ANY home improvement projects!!! The performance of my $20,000 new windows in my home was a nightmare! The salesman lied about the length of loan we were approved for, the installers destroyed my window frames, nicked my nicely painted wall in my living room, and chipped my stainless steel kitchen sink faucet. I was not happy with any of this in hopes the Superintendent of the company would resolve these issues. He came to my home, smelled of alcohol and cigarettes and offered to have the same crew who destroyed the areas they worked on to come back and fix it and he would supervise (completely uneasy with that thought). It was a TERRIBLE experience and would NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO USE HANSONS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!! A complete waste of $20,000! I hope anyone who needs these home improvements arent as trusting as I was. I was completely taken advantage of with nothing in return.

I have nothing good to say about the company however the product was sufficient.

Not a good experience for our household -- lethargic service in placing the order, delay after delay in getting windows installed, and when installers finally arrived, they tore a huge hole in wall (company blamed it on "new installers") plus the windows were too small. Very disappointed.

Salesman tried screwing us over with trim

Had windows installed in September(which dragged on into October)Total nightmare, installers were incompetent, chain smoking, ghetto jerks who were not above stealing the tablet I received from Hanson's, or urinating behind my garage. Eventually the contractor had to re do everything making the job take 6 weeks to install 6 windows. Call 1 800 Anyone but Hanson!

Unprofessional low level service from the administrative staff. Extremely dissatisfied with this company.
