WORST ROOFING JOB EVER! First of all, the roofers wanted me to sign off even before I had seen and inspected the job and was quite miffed because I did not. I had to have the roofers / Hansons come back to clean up my yard of roofing debris 4 times! I even went around my yard, my neighbors yards and picked up several garbage bags full. My next door neighbors were very unhappy with all the junk that blew in their yard that they had to clean up. Roof itself still has a few tiles that are not laying flat. I might have a leak in the garage -- am monitoring it to verify if there is one. My neighbor's new roof looks so nice - mine not so much.

This review has to do with a scheduled final appointment inspection. An appointment was scheduled for Wednesday, 18-July 2018. When the person called to schedule the final inspection date I asked her what time would the inspector be at my home. She told me that she did not know. I asked her could she tell me am or pm, maybe between 8am to noon or 1pm to 5pm. She told me know! I responded, you expect me to sit at home all day long with no estimated time frame. She said that she would check and call me back. She, indeed, called me back within 5 minutes and gave me the number to call between 8:30am and 9:30am and talk to the inspector as he/she would have their schedule and would give me a time frame that they would arrive! Incredulous! She actually put the onus on me to contact Hanson’s about what time the inspector would arrive! NO! The onus should have been on the Hanson’s inspector to inform me of what time he/she would be arriving. I had no intentions of calling the number. The inspector did not show up and there was no call saying that he or she had cancelled the appointment. I find this very unprofessional. They would not give me a timeframe as to when they would be at my home so I sat there all day I am thoroughly frustrated and disgusted.

Quality experience overall from sales person, installers, follow-up and quality of windows.

I am not going to waste a whole lot of time explaining. Hanson's has already wasted more than enough of my time. Do not buy from this company, they did a horrible siding job on my house. Hansons took three trips to fix mistakes. Then they were rude about it. Hansons is a poor excuse for a quality company.

I would never recommend Hansons. The contractors were extremely rude, almost injured my dogs, and left my yard a disaster. The yard was full of trash, nails, screws, and cigarette butts.

Worst decision I've made since owning my house. In the past year they have been out to repair the 3 windows I bought 11 times. The problem now they say was a manufacturer defect and they don't know if it can be repaired so now I have to listen to windows whistling. I even have a complaint filed with the attorney General.

Everything was great in till the men who came in said they were done with the windows upstairs I didn't like how it looked so I called my dad and he ask them if they were done or if someone comes in after them to finish since they damage my wood and didn't fill the cracks left and they said no and we're beyond rude to my dad and wouldn't even tell him there name We had to call the office and after complaining over the phone to 3 different people they finally sent down the boss and when he got there then men had already went back and fixed what the original problem was and the manager just looked at us like dumbass I was beyond upset and will never recommend this rudeness to anybody else

Windows installed had dents on the inside. I was not happy. But they are installed so there's not much to do about it. I need 3 more Windows . But will shop somewhere else.
