Roof started to leak in several places in less than a year, gutter covers were not properly installed, in some places the gutter covers were on top of the shingles, there were also gaps big enough for birds to get in. Repair dates were and are still constantly changing. Regional Representative refuses to come out to inspect the job. The sales representative now won't return my calls or text messages. It has now been two years and the job is still not complete.

First of all he customer service is terrible. I have called twice and because they did not find my number, she suggested that I may have not called. The third time the person for NO reason either hung up or we were disconnected. Why? I have not even gotten a call back, nor an apology for the rude approach and no follow up calls. This is even before even officially doing business with Hansons. I will pass on working with Hansons. Not worth the effort.

Had new windows installed on 8/23/18. Had their service dept.out 9/7/18 to look at 3 bad windows and bad caulk job on another window. Call them on 9/24 and was told the parts are not here yet. Was told we dont keep window parts on hand and it may take as long as it took to order windows to get parts ( 6 weeks). Service person Brittany was just plain rude and seemed to care less. Hanson now seems to have my money but not willing to service windows in a timely manner.

Hansons came out I accepted there price financing was approved they came out measured for shingles and told me they would schedule my roof get a call back 2 days later saying they were not wanting to do my roof and cancelled on me. would never recommend Hansons ever

Worst company to deal with! All around POOR workmanship!

These guys quoted me $18,000 for siding and gutters, with high pressure sales. They actually sent in a second person to help at my home! I recd quotes from 4 other companies for under $8,000 for the same work, same materials, and didn't even need to be home to get the quotes. Message me if you want a list, all highly rated on homeadvisor, google and Angie's list. They now offer 6 year financing, and you will need it for their prices. Never never never use 1-800-HANSONS! Portage, MI., or probably any other branch. To start, they overcharge. Never Never leave them alone to finish a job!! My roof was not finished even close to what the salesman and I agreed upon. They'll do whatever they want regardless of what was discussed and absolutely fight you to the death to not have to come back and make it right. Installers were efficient and honest. Can't say the same about the company. If you complain they refer you to someone else and tell you to call him. I'm a paying customer, you know my number. Have HIM call me! That's not going to happen either. BAD BAD way do business. I don't recommend you use them, at all, ever.
