Worst experience ever! Had windows installed October 2018, installation was not done correctly causing all windows to leak and are drafty. It is now end of July and windows still have not been corrected. Timely customer service is NOT a priority. All I have received is apologies and little action to correct the problems.

Customer service is awful, I have multiple sclerosis my eyes are bad and they can't voice assist me they tell me I have to go to a website.

These gutters were suppose to have leaf guard,its what we paid for,they put guard only on garage and breezeway the other part of house they put in this black holey sponge like crap,that I now have trees growing out of,I paid for leaf guards now I could sell trees out of my gutters,they called once and then still nothing,guaranteed a lifetime,well where are they,Hello Hansons,you listening?

Don't use Hanson's to replace your Roof! In the beginning, the communication with this company was great. After they received our money, everything went downhill! They bent our siding, didn't put in drip edges in two major areas of the roof! We are now getting the run around to have someone contact us to resolve many issues. We still have leaking, had to replace a tire on my car due to all the roofing nails left behind, the siding is bent and the drip edges not put in! The city inspector is coming out Monday and we are sure that the roof will NOT pass inspection! We are disappointed with Hanson's and would NOT recommend them for a roofing job, PERIOD! We will pursue these problems even if it means Legally! Communication with them now is just a blow off with us and is NOT acceptable! We have put a lot of money for our home/roof, don't let them do this to you!

I wouldn't even give Hanson's a 1. They came into my home in February 2019. Spent 3 hours of my time. Convincing me about triple pane windows. Before I knew it he was running a hard credit inquiry on me which affected my credit. When I told them I was paying cash. I did sign because I felt pressured. Cancelled within the 3 day time limit. They proceeded to leave several messages. I filled out the card to get my fee gift. 2 months later I called inquiring about it. And she said she would get with a manager. Never heard back from them. 4 months later and called again. They proceeded to tell me because I did not purchase from them. I wasn't eligible. They wanted me to send them my invoice from where I purchased my new Windows. I don't think so. Free gift is false advertising. They don't intend to send you a free gift. I am so glad I did not purchase from them. And I will be telling a lot of people not to deal with them

These people are crooks gave them a deposit because my roof was leaking. Then I tried to cancel and the salesman kept calling said they would give me better deal. But had other roofers out here and told me it was a ripoff I have called them numerous times I want my deposit back. They scam women. Bad people
