My review rating is 0 Stars they called me today to reschedule to replace two windows the 6th time. The person that called me today said im giving you customer service number because they had to reschedule my appointment. This is the 6th cancelation by them to replace 2 of the 13 windows that had fingerprints inside the windows panes. Do yourself a favor and dont go with them. If they dont call me back im calling to speak with a lawyer.

Very unhappy with window installation. Very shoddy job, wish I had seen this site before going with them. I wouldn't send my worse enemy to them. Now I have a 20k loan that has put me in even more debt and i can't even get a worker out to repair these things. Wish I would've called around first.

Do not use Hanson's. Did not follow through with everything that was told to us in the estimate. Materials weren't delivered on time. Lumber was marked up by 800%. Left debris all over the property. Roofers took off the gutters, then gutters weren't sent out for over a week, meanwhile got rain in our basement 3x. Overall terrible experience AND got charged $4000 more than quoted.

really wish i read these review before i made the mistake and gave them a try so i paid over 10k for a roof for my forever house and it started with hansons crew tearing up my grass with there trucks yup they did a lawn job on my new grass then they must be related to pirates and BRIAN ELIAS TALKS ABOUT 100 PERCENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND 100 PERCENT SATISFACTION well BRIAN i have given you over 20 k so far and you have damn near rebuilt my house first 10k for new window now 10k for new roof and believe me i will find someone else to do my gutters and siding i was going to use hanson but after this roof job i will forever tell everyone to STAY AWAY FROM HANSON ok back to the story so after the sailor arrived to fight over there pay there forman shows up and start yelling at the crew cause they didnt do my roof correct great that is reassuring since i just paid 10k for a roof that isnt installed correct bring on the buckets i am sure it will be leaking just do yourself a favor guess STAY AWAY FROM HANSON

Had Hanson windows (10 replacement windows) installed at my house in Roy UT in May 2019. Original sales invoice was for seven windows, we asked for 3 additional windows to be installed (10 total), we only had the sales invoice for the original 7 windows and have asked for the revised sales invoice with all 10 windows so we can apply for the energy saving credit. I called the sales person who sold us the windows he said he would text the revised invoice but never did despite reminders, called corporate office in Troy MI to get a copy of the revised invoice, they said they would email it to me, they never did, emailed their website and got no response. In retrospect, the windows are overpriced (similar windows were much less expensive when I checked other installers after installation), heat does come through the triple paned low emissivity windows in substantial amount (used a laser temp probe), original salesperson was very pushy (2 hour presentation full of questionable claims). Based on inability to get my sales invoice, I rightly question if they would stand behind any warranty claim. I do not recommend Anderson windows based on very poor customer service.

Well so far they haven’t held up to their promise to only taking one day for doing roof. Didn’t show up when told & didn’t even call me to say not showing up. This company is not repiptible

Worse! Experience! Ever! Salesman lied. Eight-12 weeks turned into 15 weeks. One week installation time turned into over 2 weeks. I'd come home and notice only a couple of pieces of siding installed. I found several nails in my lawn. I left several messages inquiring where we were in the process, NEVER got a return call. Paid for a Cadillac, got a Yugo. Salesman also told me the installers space their nails every 5 inches...not even close! I guess they forgot my interior garage walls aren't finished and it's easy to see the nails.

Just had windows installed by hansons. Overall not very impressed with the company. The original salesman was ok but definitely hungry for the sale and a bit pushy. He promised to be onsite during the installation to make sure the installers did the job properly but he never showed up. Was sent an inspection form before the installation that I had no idea what to do with and when I called the company to ask if I needed someone to come out and sign it, she woman laughed and was basically like "are you stupid? of course you don't need someone out there." I then called the city I live in and they sent someone out to take a look and said the woman gave me the wrong information. The installers were extremely rude and left a huge mess. The caulk around the windows was done really sloppy, and when we asked them to fix it, they had an attitude. The windows were all left with huge smudge marks from caulk and fingerprints. When they were about done, one man told us "he was in a really bad mood" which made it extremely awkward for us to ask him to do anything more than installing the windows. Noticed a few days later they broke our indoor outdoor wall plug unit so we can’t even use it anymore. 100% disappointed with the service we received.
