We are very happy with our windows from Hanson’s. We needed slight service and they were there to fix 2 screens. From beginning to end, pleased with all of those involved. We had 1 issues and they went beyond to make up for it. Thank you Hanson’s.

I moved into a new Home recently, My previous owner did not leave me a clear instructions on how to do this process. With the pandemic going on we all know that business are extremely busy. I was coming a close to the timeframe of transfer. I was able to get to talk to someone who sent me the necessary paper work. I emailed it to processing team. I talked to Shantale knowledgeable and understanding of the situation as I has concerns with the time frame of the transfer. She mention that she would talk with her manager Anthony and see what they could do. I was called back by Anthony was able to confer that the warranty was able to transfer over. I was so pleased with their professionalism and timeliness of this interaction. It's hard to find good customer service like this these days.

Hansons are a company of their word. We had a miscommunication, and Hansons went above and beyond any expectations of resolving any issues I had. I would trust them to work on my house again, anytime. I now understand why they have such a high rating with Better Business Bureau, they work hard at keeping their customers satisfied, and shoot for ecstatic; which is where I am, with the job done on my 120 year old house. The contractors, R&C Improvements, are awesome. I would recommend them.

I used Hansons to do some siding and shake shingles on our home. I wasn't too impressed with them due to the people in the office but the workers that actually did the job were great. Kelly is a real gem and really did an excellent job. HIs manager Shiloh was also nice to work with. He came to my home to pick up checks and did respond quickly when I reached out directly to him. We were very happy with the quality of work that was done.

They did my siding,windows fascia, soffit. insulation and gutters plus did what's called wrapping. they wrapped all the window and plus beams and pillars with aluminum I had. No other company would even consider the job but Hansons did and did a amazing job!! their warranty is incredible and have had no issues. The siding doesn't fade, they have 30 warranty on the siding. the fascia is pattened design by Hansons that allows ventilation all the way around the home. windows again amazing and life time warranty. my address is 1573 Van Geisen Road Caro michigan 48723 google map my house it is beautiful

Back in January 2020 I decided to brave the project of siding my house. It was a huge expense (for me) but Chris Pfaff did a great job working out a great deal for me. Then COVID-19 came to visit us all and put my project on hold. I assumed that I wouldn't hear anything until the EO was lifted. Let me tell you about the best phone call I have ever received. Her name is Marilyn Weitz and she called to let me know they had my siding and were ready to schedule the installation. I was so excited and took the first date I could get. During the process there were some things didn't go and look as I expected. Thankfully I kept Marilyn's phone number and called her. She took immediate action and resolved my issues above and beyond what anyone would expect, and that's saying a lot for someone that also works in customer service and takes it very seriously. She went above and beyond what I would have expected but also kept the company's bottom line in mind. Hanson's, you have a keeper in Marilyn and I hope that you realize that and treat her very well! I feel as though I have a new friend and I'm so lucky. Thanks for all of your hard work and dedication, Marilyn! Christopher B.

Mary and Scott Wood in Fremont are very pleased with our home.The gentleman that did the work on our home did a fantastic job.They are very courteous and respectful. Review #3: The 2 windows that needed to be replaced were ordered, shipped, and delivered within 3 weeks which was a little under the timeframe quoted. One window was installed in less than 10 minutes! The other window, however, was ordered wrong. Half of the blame is mine. I notified Hanson's it was window #3 for the kitchen. However, the kitchen window is #4. I apologize to Hanson's for my error. I hate when I make dumb errors. Our bathroom is window #3 and that is the window the installer brought which wasn't needed. Hanson's did say they would take the other half of the blame since they should have caught the discrepancy and called to ask if it was #3 bathroom or #4 kitchen. Our kitchen window is now reordered. Therefore, I still give Hanson's 4 STARS. Hopefully in 1 month I'll be able to upgrade my rating to 5 stars. Review #2: Still 4 Stars! Our windows were installed last Thursday. Keith and Shawn of Terry Lee #3 crew arrived on time and finished on time the same day! They were friendly and courteous. Out of 8 windows installed, we discovered a scratch on 1 and a break on another. Didn't see it til 1 day later when we were taking off the stickers. We took pictures over the weekend and sent them to customer service. Today 2 new windows are on order! Cheyenne is very friendly and helpful. So far, our 1-1800 Hanson's experience has been very good. One more step to get the 2 new windows installed and the rating will be upgraded from 4 to 5! I'll let everyone know. Review #1 I read a lot of reviews that said people are still waiting for their $100 referral and/or their free gift. Within 1 week of us ordering windows my brother got his $100 referral thank you. Within 1 month and 5 days we got our free tablet! Our windows are supposed to be installed in approximately 4 weeks. I'll let everyone know how it goes!
