U guys R Great !!!!!!!!!!

Their product is top notch. Window and patio door look and work great. But we did have to work at getting the extra adhesive off the glass after they left. I would definitely use them again.

The reason for a 4 rating is because they said they were going to mail out a Tablet and they never did

The salesman took a little longer then I had anticipated but he was very thorough. The price was on the high side in my opinion, But I felt it to be justified knowing that I wasn't going to have any headaches or anything else to worry about. The installation and every other part of the process went as expected or even better then expected.

Windows are nice. Salesman was nice. Install was more than one month after original estimated date. Was looking forward to the free tablet but was insulted by the quality of it. The whole free tablet ploy really cheapened my experience. Would have given 5 stars without the tablet. It actually would have been better to not get a free gift.

Only disappointment was how long it took for the windows to come in. Good, fast, installation, windows look good and appear to be well insulated. Winter right now so we have not been opening / closing yet... Overall pleased with experience.

Windows are great. Thanks for a job well done!

Very helpful staff and crew
