We were supposed to get an "Alexa" type gadget with our purchase, instead we were sent a tablet. I had to call several times to get my receipt and remind them of our free gift and that it was an Alexia. Finally got the receipt.... and a tablet. ☹ Also, the screens in the Windows can not be secured. You have to close and lock the inside window because the screen EASILY slides up, not secure at all.

Roof looks ok, did walk through in the dark

Schedules are not good, clean up crew horrible, and trenches in the yard from where crew member got stuck. Roof is good.

They could of done a better job on the Windows trim.

Product quality is good. Timing on delivery was horrible. Escalated a 4 window delivery to 4 months. The salesmen present themselves to be professional and caring but you can't help to notice how their system doesn't work as their emails decide delivery of your order. Plus, there's no trace ability of shipping or manufactured product.

I didn't think the job was complete enough to have me sand and paint. The job required more drywall work, which Hanson's was unwilling to complete. The item #22 wad a very weak and vague way to get out of completing the job. I understand that it might require additional "crack" repair, but it required additional drywall "expertise". Hanson's return $200 to help pay for the drywall repair. Not happy.

Let me say that the windows are very nice. Communication from the company was poor. We had to call and check on the status from order date in October through end of January installation. We were assured by the sales representative that they would be the exact same style/size. So when they were being installed, after they had cut out the old ones, I saw that they were not exactly like the old ones. The installers were very professional and did a great job. The project rep was very nice and helpful, but did not get back to me til three days after project. Need to have one sash replaced that has a stain bled on to window. Originally told it would be about a week. Still haven’t heard anything. Regarding the incorrect sizing; general manager called and offered price reduction but supplier had set sizes. Why didn’t sales rep know this?

Not real happy being my roof os still not competted properly
