Definitely would not recommend Hanson’s! All they care about is getting your money. Communication is basically non existent, never knew when installers would show up because no one would bother to call to let you know. Their contractor they use for Denver and surrounding area’s, Justin with Justntime construction was the worst!!!! Never completed paperwork for midway install the city needs and of course didn’t get the city scheduled to come do the final inspection. Won’t return phone calls to get it done but of course they want payment for the permit . Stay away from this horrible company because you will definitely regret if you do.

DON’T TRUST THE LIFETIME WARRANTY!!! 3 years after getting a new roof, there was mold found. They were supposed to replace all boards and add ventilation as needed. Now, I am trying to sell the house and they are terrible to work with. Once they have your money for the big project, they do not care to repair! It took a week to get a call back for an appt then they no called, no showed. Rescheduled without even telling us at a time in the middle of the week that didn’t work for us. They keep promising and rescheduling without telling us. Terrible customer service! The only thing they have going for themselves is a nice girl answering phone that unfortunately gets the brunt of it. DON’T DO IT!!!

Terrible experience! Had to wait for installation, once it began it was a father, son team that bad mouthed the company. 1 week into install "yes it took more than a week- 3 if I remember right" the installer called me at work and told me the project manager was on his way out to the house and needed to speak to me about needing more money for the project. They person that came out to measure everything forgot to include furring strips because we bought vertical siding. They was an awkward conversation ending in they will thought I should hand over an additional $500. Not happening! Once the work was completed we noticed hammer holes on an interior wall??? Looked at the fine print and it's up to the home owner to put a claim in on their homeowners policy to fix it! READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING! To wrap this up we noticed the entire back of the garage had been installed wrong and we had to wait 4 months before anyone would even come out to look at it and another 6 weeks before replacing it. Run away from this company!!

I'm SO SICK of Hanson's Roofing and the "contractors" they hire to do their work... It's been several YEARS now. Our roof was done in like February almost three years ago... It wasn't right... It took forever and a call to "Marv" in the main office to get the roof problem corrected. Our GUTTERS were not right...have 🐝 deemed not right by a Hanson's Field Supervisor. And so I waited... I called again just before Covid hit and they sent these "lively" gentleman who did the original installation of our gutters who were apparently not thrilled to see that "the lady of the house" was who they had to talk to... Let me TELL you something fellas... I know MORE about this issue than my husband...BUT I could see that you were not going to stay to talk to him. AS I was attempting to tell them what the issue was...the one "gentleman" turned to me and said "You had leaves in your gutters! We didn't come out here to clean the leaves out if your gutters!" When I began to EXPLAIN to them that this was NOT the issue...he and his compadre walked towards their truck TOTALLY ignoring me, got in and drove away! Now... My problem is NOT leaves... My problem is that there ARE NOT ENOUGH DOWNSPOUTS on the south side of my house...and where they placed the damn downspouts in several OTHER places is completely WRONG! I called Hanson's "helpline" and have received NO RESPONSE from them once AGAIN! I'm angry at being dissed and ignored for WHATEVER reason and I want a CALL from someone in the Headquarters Office! Your company has gotten away with this for too damn long! Make it right... My next stop is every blog I can find AND media outlets. I'll find friends on here and take them along for the ride if they wish. I'm tired if paying an ungodly amount of money for a job not done well! FIX it!!!! Jennifer K Lanphear Delton Michigan

Worst company ever to deal with! Signed a contract in mid July '20. We contracted a new roof, siding, gutters, trim and windows. Our roof was improperly installed, took out our square vents and just left holes with shingles over them. Tried to tell us we owed for 4 replacement boards at $85.00 each. I went into my Attic to see what was replaced. Noticed the holes from the vents and no new boards were replaced. A month later they sent out a repair person to plug the vents but said he would come back to finish. Still waiting for that one! Windows were installed in October, two windows are damaged. Haven't heard from Hanson's since! Our contract ended on October 15th with no communication from the company. Contacted the better business bureau and Hanson's said they stopped construction in 2017 because we had a bat infestation! We didn't hire them until 2020! Still have no siding, trim or gutters on our home! Exposed wood around our windows that will probably rot through the winter. Sent several emails, poop ton of calls and texts! No response! I am at a loss for words and disappointed! I just wanted a home makeover and instead I got a living nightmare! I still have their sign on my lawn to let people know what kind of company they are. Neighbors are asking what is going on 😂 even the regular mail man. You know they can surely spread the word as to what kind of work Hanson's does! At this point seeking legal action so I can hire another local company to finish the job. For your sanity and we'll being do not hire 1-800- Hanson's! They really don't get it done!

We had our roof installed by Hansons and were happy with the job that they did, but the roof was damaged by a storm which is not the fault of Hansons however we cannot get a reply from them when we talk with there representatives on the phone. We were told that they would get back to us within one business day several times now. I want a price from them because the roof is guaranteed and don't want someone else working on it and voiding our guarantee. They will not reply either to our phone calls or our service request on line.

The sliding door we purchased through Hansons was the top of the line. They installed the door but it had no weep holes, so all the wet weather settling in the door crack had no place to go but into our floor and foundation. All the flooring had to be tore out as both corners of the slider rotted clear through to the basement. They installed it's replacemnt but incorrectly and it wouldn't lock properly. In order to better align the door new holes had to be drilled into the door for the hardware, leaving open holes in the door and still unable to fully and properly align it. A new door was sent, but it was substandard grade from what was originally purchased. Fortunately my husband caught it before they tried to install it. We are still waiting for the replacement, it is now getting colder and the insulation is compromised. This issue was initially reported to Hansons back in March.

I made multiple attempts to contact service to repair my window screens. They finally answered, and after two attempts they finally sent a technician to my house. He arrived and told me he had to take them back to company to fix them. He took them about six weeks ago. I didn't hear from anyone, so I tried to call them. Sat on hold for fifteen minutes, then decided to email a message. They promised me a return call in 24 hours. That was 32 hours ago. This is the worst company to deal with. They are happy to take your money, but when it comes to service, they could care less. I will never deal with them again, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone, even my worst enemy.
