So they’re at it again. Hanson’s is not interested in honoring any of their warranties. I have been waiting over a week for a call back, nothing. I called this morning and was greeted by a snotty woman who basically told me I’m at their mercy and schedule. The Warranty Dept only works two days a week!! Excuse me! And that’s what the hold up is? I can see I am going to have to file another complaint with the BBB. Do not give your money to these people. Use Weathergard!! Hanson’s asks for my contact info, I provided it, AND guess what? No one has contacted me. I did file a complaint with the BBB. They need some accountability for ruining lives and taking people’s hard-earned money. It should be illegal.

5th time we have had problems with our siding, trim falling off 3 times and siding breaking when I leaned on it, this after our gutters falling off after horrible installation. The gutters were never replaced properly when they installed the siding, Every gutter nail bent. They say that our current problem is not covered under the “lifetime” guarantee, AGAIN. Calling another company to fix our latest problem, AGAIN. Can’t say enough bad things about this company.

I have submitted a request for a repair twice with pictures the first time I was stood up for two days for a person without notice and the second time pictures were taken again but no work was completed. They have said it was completed and keep wanting me to take more pictures a resubmit a request for the third time

After 1 year since signing with Hanson's for a siding, window, and gutter replacement, I am finally getting issues resolved. After numerous phone calls and broken promises, I finally found someone within the company that cares. Shantae has done more in 24 hours than anyone else in the company in 12 months. It was a huge investment as a homeowner, and up to this point, not a good expearence. Hopefully all resolved on 11-28-22.

WARNING - BUYER BEWARE - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! NO VALUE TO LIFETIME WARRANTY!! Ongoing issues since installation in 2019. Hanson's does NOT honor their warranty.....I have 4 bowed and cupping windows that 2 Hanson employees and a Hanson's independent installer told me were defective and needed to be replaced. NOTE, the Hanson employees would NOT put this in writing for me nor would the independent installer for fear of losing their contract. The Regional Manager has told me the installer stated the job was complete which is inaccurate per the contemporaneous notes with the installer on 11/2/22. At this time, Hanson's is refusing to replace the 4 defective windows but the Operations Manager instead wanted to put non-factory screws into the base of the frame track to push down the cupping and bowing so the windows would no longer "look" bowed.... This is a "jury-rigged" fix so they do not have to replace their defective windows and honor the warranty. Seriously, they have sales people who will suck you in and provide a copy of the lifetime warranty but if a company does not honor their word, then the warranty is worthless.

The worst company that I think I've ever come in contact with. They had my wife write a "review" before they did the work on Google to get a "discount," and Chris, our salesman, told us that I would be involved in the process if any boards needed replacing(I would get to view the ones needing to be replaced and okay them). They came and did the work on Oct 10; they left a dumpster blocking our whole garage door(they could have moved either way, and it would not have blocked it), nails all over my yard(I have 4 young kids), debris everywhere and they left all their stuff at our house for days after the work was done. Guarantee most of these 5-star reviews are ones done before the work was done to get a discount.

We had a new roof installed on our house. The first time, after the "professional installer" finished he gave me form to sign. It was dark and he showed me some very dark pictures of the roof. Next morning, we went to inspect the job. My driveway and sidewalk were covered with debris and nails. My wheelbarrow was full of all sorts of stuff. My garbage cart was filled with roofing debris. The shingles on our garage were very crooked. A window on the house had the screen ripped and the frame was broken. They sent a rep to look at the job and said they would send an inspection. The second time they replaced the the roof on the garage, it was even worse. I'm told that they had the roof on the house were straight. I asked for some pictures at least 6 times, I never received any. Run as fast as you can away from them

I wrote a review about my shower that has not been a finished and how unhappy I am with hansons and the manager Gary Sherman. I have not had water for going on four weeks and the unpaintable caulk that looks like hell and i was told that's how it should be. The next day Gary called and said , it will be fixed when they get the parts and he will look at the walls. Then he said , " I saw your comment about the shower and how unhappy you are. Why would he call be about my review , all I want is what was promised.
