Efficient and on time
On time and punctual service. My work life does not leave me much room for laundry as I often work long hours and weekends. Hamperapp has been a life saver.

I was unable to understand the agent
Not recommending this place anymore, agent's unclear and had no follow-up. Ellie tried helping but was hard to understand the process.
