Awesome service and the cookies were delicious.

Informative tour with real live action, not all pre made videos. We enjoyed the up close and personal experience through the glass, and the candy sample at the end was a big hit for everyone. We’d go again.

There were too many people allowed on the tour at one time to be able to see through the limited amount of windows where you watch what’s going on in the factory. Otherwise it was a cool experience. Wish the candy given at the end wasn’t the broken butterscotch leftovers that no one wants.

We enjoyed the tour and the candy. Only problem we couldn’t hear the announcer very well. But it was a fun day.

We were 5 minutes late to our reserved tour time. There was no one at the front desk to greet us. We snuck into the movie assuming that’s where the tour started. It is very hard to hear when the tour guide speaks into the microphone. I’m comparing your tour to the sound quality of the celestial seasonings tour, which is very clear and loud.

Love the tour and getting to see all the hard work that goes into making our favorite treats!
