I called after hours and my call was returned promptly early next day by Laurie. I explained I was unable to order on line and was a new customer and applied for a 15% Off first order. Laurie said no problem I can take your order! What a relief I don’t like placing orders on line. I wanted to order a candy called chicken bones. A bag of candy that was in s gift basket I ordered from Harry &David for my nephew. He’s 36 ,no kid, but fell in love with this candy. I ordered 4 #s and free shipping and mailed via UPS. Laurie sent the ups tracking # and invoice Via my email. My nephew received the Chicken Bones candy right in time and lives them!!! The tour of the factory is such a great & fun opportunity! Enjoyed the experience and the staff; the candy store was intriguing to look at. The only negative was there was a school group that was in the same tour. It’d be nice if school groups could sign up for a private free tour.

Fun free tour! It's not very long. They give you a free candy cane at the end.
