All handicap parking slots were full, so we had to park at the rear of the lot - suggest adding more handicap spaces. Video was interesting and informative. Could not understand tour guide for more than 90% of the time - suggest upgrading PA system. Windows were too high for people in wheelchairs - suggest adding a platform. Free treats were nice. Pricing of other items in store seemed excessive, even for the 'oops' category products.

I never received my order. UPS said there was a delay because the "receiver had moved. That was over six days ago. I was hoping Hammonds would have sent it through the regular mail.

There were a couple fun and engaging moments of this experience. However, overall, the experience was not worth the cost of the party at all. The room was not "specially" decorated, the floors were dirty with literal piles of dirt (and we had infant siblings there that were crawling on the floor), they forgot to order the pizza and it didn't arrive until 15 minutes prior to end of the party which created a lot of friction and unease with hungry toddlers, the staff was not engaged at all and especially during the time where the schedule got off because of the pizza they did nothing to help make it better (I had to pull out activities and coloring books from my diaper bag that I happen to have to occupy the kids, also thankfully I brought extra snacks and food as I had to use all of that because of the delay in pizza, we were rushed to do our cake in the end because of what time it was, etc). At no point in time did the two Hammond's employees offer their help or assist with activities or the party whatsoever. I would not recommend this experience to anyone for a birthday party for what it was compared to the cost.

There were way too many people on our tour. We drove an hour to watch everything on TV monitors. We were so disappointed and my kids were actually angry. Won't do it again or recommend it to anyone.

I absolutely love your vanilla bean marshmallows... nothing better! Placing the order was easy and although the regular shipping was on the high end price wise, the shipment arrived fast. Quicker than I thought it would... so all fantastic! However, I ordered (3) packages and when I opened them, the marshmallows were all stuck together and had a very sticky consistency. Frustrating. Not my regular experience with your marshmallows. Not sure what happened there, but I was enormously disappointed and will not order again online even though it is hard to find your product in stores.

I was expecting more of an overall experience. I was anticipating more of a Willy Wonka type atmosphere. The opening video was entertaining. We went on a Saturday, which is apparently limited production day, no where did it specify that on the website. I would have opted to attend a tour on a different day. It was an okay experience but would be cool to have integrate a more interactive experience.
