silo and ccell broke within 2 weeks
I bought a silo battery and some ccell cartridges. When pulling the cartridge out of the battery, it pulled out the magnetic part on the battery, and ruined both the cartridge and the battery. This was after about 1-2 weeks of use. :(

Dear Paul, We’re sorry to hear you’re having that problem. The piece that broke was the pin. When the pin is removed from the cartridge, your cartridge no longer works, but luckily there should be no issues with your battery. The reason why your pin came out when you removed your cartridge is because each time you take a hit, residual vapor is going back down the cartridge, and after time it can cause oil to collect at the bottom of your battery. The oil collected then becomes sticky / tacky, so when you go to pull out your cartridge, the pin is sticking to the bottom on the battery. This type of thing is very common. To prevent that from happening, we suggest using a q-tip with rubbing alcohol and cleaning the bottom of your battery often or after every cartridge.
