No worries when ordering or receiving…
No worries when ordering or receiving my orders. And when there was I dropped a line to tell them and they responded rapidly and fixed the problem.

Ccell Palm and th205
Ccell Palm. Battery housing very elegant, slim and light. Love the blue color and used material, great overalll quality build for the price, discreet, handy, long battery life. Concerning the TH205 cartrige, I've never tried something as good as this. Self-activated, no burn, no clogging, no leaks and great taste even with very very thick liquids. Just perfect. Great Hamilton Devices service, free gifts included and very quick order handling and care. Only negative points are shipping costs to Belgium and customs fees but nevertheless I'll reorder as we don't find such quality devices in Europe. 100% satisfied customer.

Great service and communication
I placed an order with them and they contacted me shortly after to let me know there would be a delay (not their fault). Because of the inconvenience, they gave me some free cartridges and my original order came sooner than they quoted me. Their customer service is top notch and I appreciated the good communication. I will continue to do business with this great company.
