all this tools are toys, really I am not having any results. I wish to safe this money for a better.

The unit does not heat. Cannot use. Happened after warranty ran out.

They sell medical equipment on their website you can find on Amazon or Ebay for 50% the price. They claim their products are their own, but the truth of the matter is that they sell cheap chinese knockoffs of American products. The US size chart they have is all wrong, as a Lg on their website translates to a Sm in US size. And like any Scam company, they have nifty little clauses in their user agreement that enables them to deny you any refund whatsoever, even with a defective product, the moment you open the package to inspect the product for defects. Had to force a dispute through Paypal. Halipax refunded 40% of my total purchase price AFTER making me spend an additional $40 to ship the item back to China, and then lied to Paypal claiming it was the amount I'd agreed to receiving.

I got the product and it worked for about 2 weeks then it he controls stopped working and the tens part of it was stuck in super high and shocked my neck so hard. I contacted the seller but did not have a receipt therefore they did nothing so it was a wasted 250 bucks

Sadly, the steamer face mask I purchased did not fit the contour of my face, which rendered it ineffective. I was very disappointed that nothing was done by the company.

I sent you info and a question both in the Facebook link and via email about the true outeffect on the laserdevice i bought. Your information said one thing and our measurement showed it was much weaker. I asked about this and got an answer from someone who clearly didnt understand laserphysics. I would not recommend you device to anyone else..
