I bought the watch as advised for my mom.I wrote them e mail if it will work for copd they said YES. After those months it didn't change the situation. That's when I wrote again guess what the copd was not on their list. Don't trust any thing they say.it might work for BP and Diabetes but not for everything. What a waste of my money. Thank you for nothing.

No helpful instructions and customer service said they don't take returns after purchase. It doesn't work as the video suggests either.

a scam, if you don't want to have cervical pain and waste your money, don't buy it! It is one of the worst investments of my life... they should prohibit selling devices that supposedly help you feel better when it is the other way around... health is something too serious to play like that

I still until today have not received my item that I ordered in May. Two months trying to call and email customer support and no replies. They do not answer the phone line either. Terrible terrible customer service. I don’t recommend having to deal with this company. It is exhausting to email and call and get no replies. Nothing worse than no customer service to help or return my money that I spent for an expensive item that I haven’t received.
