My order was shipped about as year ago. Why are you asking me now? My order took a long time to arrive. Shipped from China? A small neck brace? Then got stuck at UPS because it lacked some kind of import/export documentation. I had to work with your customer service to get that. Customer service was very good, by the way. Due to the lack of paperwork, UPS charged me for every day it was held. Cost me about $125 which is more than the neck brace cost.

Disappointed in the range of the cervical rise/lift. Thought it would lift the head up much farther to create more traction. I don’t feel much of a difference even after several months of use. Maybe I’m doing it wrong.

I have bought a lot of products, spent a lot of money and receive ONLY Iinstructions in CHINESE LANGUAGE!!!!! ...It is weird that when you sell on social media you use english language but when bought, no manual in english!
