On March 7, 2023, I purchased two items from this company costing $179.00 a piece totally $ 332. and change. I never received a tracking number nor would anyone reached out to me by my email sent out to them. I will update this review when or if the product is delivered. Finally, I discovered that this company was created in 2019 which was the start of the COVID-19 pandemic (e.g. joblessness) which gave me a chills up my spine. As promised an update on my purchase from Halipax. I emailed the company today (March 9, 2022) and a customer service representative emailed me back promptly with the requested information. I will notate again when I receive the purchase and give a review.

Please note you placed your order on March 6, our processing time is 24-48 hours after each order is placed before they are picked up by the shipper for dispatch. We clearly stated this in our shipping policy and FAQ page. Your order was shipped on March 9 and the conformation with your tracking number were emailed to your email address in your order. You should have checked your email before leaving us this unfair review.
