I had issues and I emailed about them repeatedly and no one cared to answer. I paid good money for a piece of equipment that I cannot use since it makes my neck issues worse and my arms go numb

It was not made clear when I ordered the product that THIS WAS NOT A RETURNABLE ITEM…. maybe the fine print when I received it said something? Hard to know if you like a product without trying it…. Then I was offered a 20%in store credit ( for what? Another product I couldn’t return?). That policy should have been in large print along side the price!! Would not order from this company again!

The product took a whole month to get to me when I needed it sooner. I found it a cheap looking and complicated product to use for my legs and feet. I wish I could have sent it back! Carole

Product is well packaged. Pricing was misleading making it twice the advertised price as currency wasn't specified. One would assume local currency if you have already selected region. Most disappointingly product doesn't actually do what it says it will. Needs longer power cable so it could be used more efficiently. Really disappointing.

They refused the return-guarantee without any reason. Edit to your reply: You first gave me an address in the USA...later on an address in Australia. That alone seems dubious. Thus, you make a return knowingly uneconomical. The costs I would have to bear almost exceed the value of the goods. You have sent the goods from Germany (my country of residence). When I asked why I could not return the goods to the same address, you reacted negatively. In short, you have interpreted your "guarantee" in such a way that it is tantamount to a rejection. And that with full awareness.

Couldn't use the item due to medical reasons. And being charged quite a but to return. Wouldn't recommend device or company since they seem to only be about money.

Not what I expect from a company that tall so highly of your product. I don’t need store credit I wanted my item refunded . Not recommending your product to anyone

Don't buy from this company. I have bought a machine from them, the product came from China, and they were not able to provide the CE certificates to pass the customs to enter in Europe. The product was returned to China and I never received the product or the reimbursement. They owe me 250 dollars since October 2022, and they don't reply my emails or my whatsapp messages. Stay away from Halipax!
