Product does not work. Very unhappy that I can not return it for a full refund.

The device hurts my neck too much to use it. I tried to return it and it would have been very difficult so I wasted my money. It seems like with a 50:50 track record in these reviews that the company needs to do something.

Product is cheaply made and not at all as advertised. Customer service is a joke.

More accurate advertising and better customer service.

Product doesn’t work and no return allowed

This company is horrible. The item was of very poor quality. I tried contacting them every which way to return the item (email, tried calling, even messaged them on social media) and got no response. There was no address listed to return the item to and no return label. I would never buy anything from this company and would warn anyone who would listen not to either.

The tens unit part of the device stopped working after the first 3 days.
