I order two Hypertrax Multi-Functional…
I order two Hypertrax Multi-Functional Cervical Traction Devices (Inv #25950 - $407.92) and NEVER received them!!! I called, notified Support and was there was NOTHING that they could do!!! I was told that it was USPS fault and I would have to take it up with them....

Thank you for your review. However, your review is not justified and fair to us. looking at your orders, all your orders placed on August 29, 2022 and delivered to your address on time on September 01, 2022 by USPS. We did not ship your orders by UPS.

Try starting from scratch
Try starting from scratch! Your customer service department is almost non-existant and it seems like this site is a scam. One star is even too much for this business. Very bad!

Thank you for your review. Our records shows you purchased our product, no communications after recieving your order, disputed the transaction and got fully refunded and never returned our product. And yet that makes our site a scam!

The machine does not lift my head enough to make any difference. This machine does not have enough power. It is a hollowed out piece of plastic with a underpowered motor.

Beware, this place is a scam. They sent me used junk packaged in tape. Tried to return it but got the run around. Do not order from them. You will be sorry!

Worst customer service. You can never speak to anyone, must leave a message and only response is ever email. If you’re lucky they won’t accuse you of lying about your package being missing. Whoever owns this crap store can go to hell.

Problematic Service
The product is difficult to fit and developed an air leak after a short time. Returns involve using original packing plus payment for shipping. The company does not take full responsibility for its products and uses invalid excuses for not making complete credit
