Hale Pet DoorReviews of halepetdoor.com

I have purchased two dog doors from Hale and will always have a Hale door in any house I ever own. The construction of their doors is of the highest quality and their customer service is top-notch.

Door came in and it was high quality and looks great in our new screened in porch. What was more impressive was the effort that Hale took to track down where the donation should go to the rescue organization where we got our dog. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.

Honored warranty and were very pleasant

We just had the door installed by a handyman yesterday. We didn't have the tools to cut a hole in our wall, and didn't want to mess anything up. We were glad that we hired someone, because it took him 2 hours. We are very happy with the door. 2 of our 3 dogs used it right away with no problem. Our 3rd dogs is slighlty afraid of it for some reason, even though we have had a single flap dog door on a storm door at our last house for 4 years. He will get used to it, I believe, because the other dogs are enjoying it.

We have had our door for more than 25 years...needed a new flap. Order received in record time.....saddly, cost us 2 times the price of the flap to have it installed. It really is a handymans job, not good for us older folks.

Easy to order online! Nice thick quality! Easy to install! Came in timely manner.

This is my 5th wall mount Hale dog door over the past 14 years. Love the dual flap design. My last door faced the hot sun all afternoon and the flap lasted 10 years! Easy to install. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for!

Have ordered from this company in the past and given referral to friends. Myself and others have had a positive experience with initial contact and products.
