The website is made to help with categories on the left side. Plus, you can select an color and size so you don't have to look at things that you're not interested in. I've been very pleased with the customer service.

I ordered 2 pairs of pants with the third pair free, but they never shipped the free pair. One pair was the wrong size, I tried to initiate a return but there page layout is very deceptive, intentionally trying to get you to click cancel or give up, and won't let you proceed. I did speak with customer service, who was very professional, but they did not want to correct the issue. Instead they tried to give me a credit for the pair that was the wrong size, but still would not ship the free pair.

I bought 2 pairs of jeans that fit perfectly - loved them! Ordered 2 more in different colors. The different colors (same size) didn't fit, too small. Customer service was so helpful! Within an hour of chatting on express messaging, the problem was resolved!

I see so much advertisement for Halara in FB. I never trusted many of the advertisement but I wanted to have a jean that feels really comfortable, light weight and fits nicely for my size and height. So, I decided to purchase one jeans from Halara. Believe me, it live up to the advertisement. It's the best jeans I've ever had! Fits so nicely and comfortably! I bought 4 more jeans to add to my collection of Halara jeans. I hope to purchase all the colors of the Halara Flex Assymetric Low Rise Jeans!

Attempted to make a return. The return link allows you to select items to return and then redirects to the orders page and never enters the actual return. Emailing customer service gave me a bot that handed me that same link. The chat gave me a bot that handed me that same link. After waiting a long time I got a human on chat. That person took 15-20 minutes to ask me what items I wanted to return. I provided all information and have been working on chat alone for over an hour and literally all they have said so far is what do you want to return. One real message. I really do love some of the products. The materials are so nice, but if you have any issues, Halara is awful. I ordered multiple pieces and am so sad I wasted my money as this was a treat to myself. Edit: after posting this review they did refund my items. Clunky process and the experience lowered my trust.
