I got to spin the wheel, and it said I received $100 off. Then, when I entered the code, it said it was not valid.

I got a coupon that said 25% off all items. But when I went to make my purchase it would only give me 5%. After contacting customer service I found out that the coupon has a minimum purchase requirement. The coupon does not mention anything about a purchase limit infact it mentions 25% off all items. If they were going to give a minimum purchase requirement the coupon should state "up to 25%off all item with minimum purchase" This is clearly a deceitful practice to get people's phone numbers and text them a worthless coupon. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because their customer service got back to me very quickly.

We purchased jeans in small and black pants in small from Halara and was shipped on the 12 December. The pants were too small but jeans fit however the jeans got a pull in them on first wear. We were within the 30 day return window from arrival and was unable to return either. Disappointed the sizing is so off and the jeans got damaged so quickly.

shopping was easy, the return process was easier. I'm a first time buyer from Halara and I absolutley love the leggings. I like that you offer a tall/extra tall selection and a variety of colors and styles. will be purchasing again.

This is not a review. I am frustrated that I cannot change the billing address to the correct one , since it is being shipped to another address. So the billing address is incorrect and not changeable without changing the shipping address.

My original purchase date was mid December. Received 4 of 8 items ordered. Took multiple days to confirm the mistake was on their end. Then offered a gift card amount, which I assumed was the full purchase amount of my items, and I accepted. Now today, I have a chance to reorder my items, only to realise they only refunded $96 of what originally cost me $130 plus tax. I was only able to repurchase 2 of my items and added a 3rd cheaper item, which I paid for out of pocket. Hoping I atleast get what I just ordered but will NEVER purchase from them again.

This is the first time that I have order from Halara. The process was very easy and I'm only hoping that I will be happy with the purchase.

Beware - you will pay high UNDISCLOSED tariffs on their clothing because they ship directly from China. I ordered a $40 pair of jeans from them, and got hit up with a $16 tariff bill from Fedex to deliver the item. Not Halara's fault entirely (tarrifs are MAGA's fault), but other retailers have managed to incorporate tariff taxes into the price of their clothing without hitting the customer with surprise fees.
