I had the pleasure of working with Ibtasam and hajj umrah hub team
I had the pleasure of working with Ibtasam and the the team from Hajj Umrah Hub, and I would recommend him highly enough. From the moment we reached out, he was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs, ensuring that our entire trip—covering Turkey(Istanbul and Cappadocia), and umrah trip (Madinah & Makkah)—was flawlessly arranged. Ibtasam went above and beyond, organizing everything from five-star hotels to flights and transport, all with a level of professionalism and care that made us feel truly valued. He also took special care in organizing our Ziyarah tours, ensuring we had an enriching experience at each sacred site. His thoroughness and dedication turned what could have been a stressful planning process into an enjoyable and seamless experience. Ibtasam’s personalized approach made all the difference, and we are so grateful for his outstanding service. If you're looking for a stress-free, luxurious, and memorable pilgrimage experience, I highly recommend reaching out to Ibtasam!
