We truly understand your frustration and sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to take this opportunity to clarify the situation regarding the Umrah visa and package. We would like to confirm that all visas in your group were successfully issued except for the one associated with the Egyptian passport. We want to reassure you that Egyptian passport holders are not, and have never been, banned from performing Umrah. Unfortunately, the final decision to approve or deny a visa lies entirely with the Saudi Embassy, and they do not provide reasons for rejections. Despite our continuous follow-ups and best efforts, visa approval is ultimately beyond our control. Additionally, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions — available on our official website and acknowledged at the time of booking — Umrah packages are non-refundable once issued. Your flights were booked and confirmed prior to the visa rejection, and these tickets were also marked as non-refundable by the airline. Out of your group, all members except one Egyptian citizen successfully performed Umrah. We also received positive feedback regarding the quality and efficiency of the transport services provided within Saudi Arabia, which were utilized in full by your group. Furthermore, two individuals completed their pilgrimage as planned. The third member, unfortunately, was unable to perform Umrah due to her visa not being approved by the Saudi embassy — a matter beyond our control and one which we informed you about prior to travel. Given that the services, including accommodation, transportation, and ground arrangements, were fully provided and utilized, and that two out of three participants completed the pilgrimage, we are unclear on the basis for a full chargeback request. We understand how disappointing this must be, especially when travel plans are made with such sincerity and devotion. However, we assure you that we did everything in our capacity to support you and your family throughout the process, and we truly regret that the outcome was not favorable in this instance.
