It saddens me to give this review, especially against an agency that is dealing with Umrah and Hajj. I paid $6500 for the Umrah land package, but they didn't organize my Umrah and didn't return a single penny. I am filing a lawsuit against this fraudulent company. Please be careful with this company before you send your money. Once they have the money, their whole attitude change. I have other friends who experienced the same with this company. Edit - After seeing the reply. 1. You didn't complete the 1st booking entirely (the Jeddah hotel was never booked as committed). And you took money for 5-star hotel but booked 4-stars in Medina. 2. You canceled incomplete 1st booking without my consent 3. You never provided me details of the 2nd booking even after many emails, calls, and texts. Because you never booked. 4. You never produced any receipt or provided any reference number of the hotel bookings You have been consistently lying once you got the money. Response to your last update Your lie continues as usual. You never shared booking or reservation numbers. If you did, please share here with my name so that the world can see how truthful you are! Anyway, I shared the details with Trustpoint and would take the matter to the court. It's very clear to me that you don't want to sort this matter gracefully, hence you are forcing me to take the matter to the court.

I WISH I CAN GIVE THEM A ZERO. This was suppose to be a special trip as it is for Millions of Muslims. Bullying and pressuring to pay through Bank transfers and bank wires. Gave no information about the trip besides a half filled itinerary and an airline ticket reservation that the AIRLINE itself could NOT open and see. Had to cancel our Umrah trip due to COVID and realized that THEY NEVER CONFIRMED ANYTHING. I asked multiple times for the confirmations and all info to be sent via email, but nothing was sent. Obviously this is my fault along with the LOW LIFE behavior of this Company. At the last second he told me that hotels were non refundable ( even though no reservations were made) and the cancellation policy for the airlines tickets were 50 percent ($600) instead of the $190 per ticket I was told by Saudi Airlines. We lost so much money that we are BROKEN about any further trips to Mecca. I feel shame and pitty on Mohammad Taqi, or whatever his name is. HE WILL LIE IN THE REPLY! Watch and wait

I can sum up the whole experience dealing with Hajar Travel that they're not clear in their accounts. They bump up the prices for Umrah package at last min asking for more money,. When I checked in detail they actually doubled charged for taxes and over priced the hotel booking compared to the same hotel of the web. When I asked for refund they created all those excuses to substrate. Money is not a problem but I am very disappointed with the level of honesty and fairness in their dealings.

Highly disappointed- they offered me certain hotels for makkah and madina, and i was going with a different agent due to better hotels. They told me that they’ll give me the same hotels. One day before my flight, i had no details from them about my hotel, driver, etc. i asked them to email me hotel confirmations, and they emailed me only names of the hotel, one of which was the original hotel they were trying to give me and i disagreed on. However, i let it go as i got at least one of the hotels we agreed upon. 2 hours before checking into hotel, i got a message that our hotel is the same hotel they were giving us before vs what we agreed on. Ruined my umrah experience because they lied from day 1 and it made me sad that i relied on them. Their on ground transportation was very fragile too. A random whatsapp number may message you that i am your driver out of nowhere. Very disappointed

Wa Allahi If I couldn’t give these people negative number I would! This whole organization is full of lairs and dishonesty ! They lie literally about everything. I was part off the second 10 days of Ramadan umrah group (April 1 - 12) and we had to do everything on our own. They canceled the hotel we were supposed to be staying and didn’t inform us , no ziyarat tour or group umrah . They also didn’t respond to our text, message or any communication we sent . The hotel they gave us was dirty, and they have the audacity to get upset if you express your feelings or discomfort. They will not put you in any group as they claim, everything on their website is 100% lies! Please save your money and look for another agent because these people will treat you horrible, lie and have you wasting your money .

Few things. Before you read the whole review, i would say do not reserve, travel through them. Extremely pathetic service. First of all package was not cheaper. It became expensive as they added legs of flight which have different baggage policy. So we have to pay for bags during the flight. Because of them, we couldn't take lots of stuff that we were suppose to. They are bunch of new bies dont know the rules and regulations of local flight operations in Pakistan. They booked us for 5 days and night but when we reached their only reserve us for 3 days. So we had to wait in the hotel lobby for 8 hours. Gave wrong information related to flight in Pakistan. We missed our flight and had to stay at a local Pakistani airport for whole night with the family of 5. They didn't accommodate or fought for us with the airline. Had to take ownership of everything. There were 27 passemgers like me who got stuck at the same airport and they kept blaming on us that you deliberately missed flight. Who on earth would do that to stay on a local airport in Pakistan. With not even sitting available at the airport. Then I got flight for my whole family by myself by calling US customer support and adjusting, and in the back ground these cheaters canceled my tickets, not sure what they wanted from us. Anyways, Long story short they are not helping the cause, so please try to reserve yourself, everything. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. Thanks for reading.

I honestly didn’t want to give any review because what ever is gone no need to talk about it :( But they made me to say something now and now i will explain the whole experience, they called me last day before my flight that we couldn’t get the umrah visa for you because you have greencard and the umraah visa is expensive but the day i booked they told me they are charging $300 or something because the visa is expensive but i end up getting on Arrival visa because that’s what they told me to do long story short no one add me to any group and I arrived at the airport 1:30am one person called me and asked me to come down to bus shuttle parking and when i got there they told me to go back upstairs pray and relax because the rest of the group people haven’t arrived yet i end up waiting and i got to the hotel at 5:30am plus they send me one hotel info and they took us to another one and so and so such a bad communication and so poor service of them so they kept throwing there own words from one person to another and now it’s been almost a month im back and they told me that they will refund me that visa money that i paid on arrival but still im waiting no response i called emailed everything but im still on hold, also when i booked the tickets i asked them if they are able to change my ticket for return because i want to stay one or 2 days in Istanbul but everytime i called they said wait we will check and let you know but i wait 1 month and then they called me and said a really high price and when i said if you guys would have checked it before it wouldn’t be this much, they endup telling me it was maybe in your destiny to stay in turkey so unprofessional workers I don’t want to put names but i would say from top of there team to the bottom super unprofessionals don’t waste your time with them just do more researches and you can do everything by your own

SCAMMERS, Beware, disorganized with poor experience. Made reservations for my Minor kids to go on a different flight landing in a different airport than me and my wife. When brought this up that it was endangering our kids and is not acceptable we received rude comments from them and they stopped answering our calls. We had to end up buying new tickets for our kids and we lost close to $6.5k . Of course they refused to reimburse us saying it wasn't their fault, refused taking our calls. Please aware, I don't want someone going through what we went through. I should have seen other reviews where many have voiced similar concerns. Response Denying the truth when you know exactly what happened will not help. It's silly to say we missed the trip when you had texted me where I was and I had told you that I was on the plane during the flight , on the same flight but with the new tickets we had bought. Can't imagine the lack of ethics and lack of ownership from Abdul Samad and Hubaiba AGAIN, SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND AVOID THIS COMPANY
