Zaitoon umrahReviews of hajartravels.com

I went to Umrah in Dec' 2024 with family and I worked with agent Ali who was very cooperative and helpful during every step of the process. They have good team in place in Saudia as well who helped in transportation etc. . I would recommend them.

Had a wonderful experience with Hajartravels for my parents Umrah trip. The booking process was seamless and very efficient, which made everything much easier. Special thanks to Hubaiba and Mairaj Haider (group leader). They felt supported and well-informed throughout. Highly recommend!

Assalamualaikum, my name is Fauziana from Atlanta and I recently did Umrah with Umrah Lodge LLC. Brother Ali was very helpful throughout my entire trip and he even helped submitted an application for me for Rawdah. Everytime I called him, he was very responsive and cooperative. I’m grateful for his service and hardwork, and I will recommend him to my friends. Also, thank you to brother Mairaj Haider as our tour leader in Medinah and Mecca. He was very kind, responsiveness, and worked really hard. Thank you. May Allah bless them both.

I had an amazing experience with Umrah lodges, thanks to Mohammed Ali, who took care of us. Initially, we had requested a room with a view of the Swissotel Makkah Kaaba, but there was an issue with our reservation, and they had to rebook us at the Address Jabar o Mar. At first, I was a bit disappointed, but upon arriving, I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful it was. Although I still wished for a view of the Kaaba, everything turned out fine. One thing I must mention is that the transportation service could have been better. The drivers mainly spoke Urdu, which I don’t understand, and this made it challenging for me. Additionally, I found some of the drivers to be a bit rude. Despite this, I ended up having a wonderful experience overall.

I booked my first Umrah journey with Hajar travels from 5 star recommendations from my friends who did their Umrah thru Hajar travels. From the day 1 I spoke to Shazim, the service is excellent and above and beyond. Flight booking, hotel reservations and transportation was embedded seamlessly into the package, just you need to pack your bags and concentrate only on your Ibaadah. You can forget about everything else. I really loved the way how Shazim and team made my first journey so pleasant that I recommend everyone Hajar travels. I went with my family with 3 kids and I don’t want to spend my devotional time on other things like hotel, visa and transportation. I feel like with Allah’s grace I made the right choice to work with Shazim Ifthikar. He provided exceptional service without getting tired with my silly questions and doubts. The hotels were excellent 5 star hotels with wonderful amenities and excellent breakfast. Muhabiya transportation has excellent drivers with clean and new cars. My kids really enjoyed the stay and travel. It’s an excellent package for the money you spent, I will always use Hajar travels for all my future Umrah trips, in shaa Allah. I am really impressed with Shazim Ifthikar’s ability to make things easier for my first Umrah journey and thankful to him and Hajar travels.
