Alhamdulilah May Allah accept our Umrah.I traveled with my wife. I want to start with sister Hubaiba was excellent, very patient, and understanding. Always calls or email back asap. The hotels for both Mecca and Medina were great. Overall was great. Nouman was also good and helpful. I want Hajartravels to work on on-the-ground communication well and the person leading on the ground to have who in the group. If I am doing Umrah in the future, I will use hajratravels and recommend it to family and friends.

I recently came back from umrah, Hubaiba was upto mark. Hotels were nice and clean. Ground part was also nice. Actually we were not expecting that kind of services in this price. I will definitely go with company again in future.

best umrah experience ever, i was part of last ashra umrah group. very nice hotels. Medina one was incredible and was on front of mosque. Br Nouman and Br Samad did incredible job. definetly recommended these guys.

Alhamdulilah for a successful trip for the 3rd ashra Umrah to the holy land. The help from Sis. Hubaiba from the beginning to the day before leaving was very well appreciated. Even though they made a late decision to change from staying in Madinah first to Makkah makes a lot of sense because after arriving in Makkah we were able to quickly do the umrah as against towards the end of Ramadan where the crowd was massive. The hotel in Makkah was surely a 5 star (Voco) and they have shuttle every time to the haram. The hotel in Madinah (Al Aqeeq)was also very great and it’s just a minute walk to the Haram. The help from Nouman in Makkah and Madinah was great as well. Some improvements were identified for the company and I hope they do that. Overall I will use them again for my next trip. While I agree that no company or person is 100% perfect, some few people might have their own opinions but I believe they tried a lot and the trip was worth it.

HUBAIBA has been instrumental in making this blessed trip a great success, May Allah bless her. NOUMAN bhai in Makka and Medina was very gracious and helpful, very hardworking young man, very respectful. The hotels provided were very good, just a little hiccup in 2nd ashra in Medina, which was fixed in a day. Traveling back and forth from Jeddah Mekka and Medina was phenomenal.
