We worked with brother Shazim for 10 days umrah packages. He was in contact with us during the trip and was easy to get in touch if we had any questions. The transportation company was on time with pick and drop. We were provided our confirmation number and had easy check in for our hotels. Our hotels were excellent, Movenpick Madina and Swissotel Mecca. Both are in very close distance to Holy Mosques We will definitely recommend using this company.

My amazing experience started with the ease of applying and promp correspondence with the agent Shazim Iftikhar. He would answer my questions immediately and without any hassle booked everything for us. This is the first time we went with an agency. Usually we go on our own. We were pleasantly surprised with the ease of the entire trip. They got us better than promised hotels. And we didn't have to spend a penny (except tip) for the trips from airport to Madinah to Makkah to airport. And sightseeing in the haramain. The drivers were polite and we have 8 to 10 seaters just for us. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in Sha Allah!!

Customer service off the chain. Problem solving right away. Taqi Bhai was the best start to finish. Jazak’Allah khair. Taqi Bhai

Hajar Travels delivered as promised. A great, well organized Umrah tour. Hubaiba Farooq was our contact person and she worked very hard to accommodate the needs of our group of six and made the tour happen. The price of the tour was competitive with great hotels both in Medina and Makkah. Hubaiba worked out the itenenary to our complete satisfaction. Hubaiba is very responsive and communicated with us at every step. She even followed up during our travels to ensure our comfort and to address any concerns if we had any. Highly recommended to all looking for great, reliable Umrah tour services.

I recently had the pleasure of booking a Umrah package for my mother and brother with Hajar Travels, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the start, the process was smooth and hassle free, thanks to a exceptional assistance from Hubaiba Farooq. Hubaiba went above and beyond to ensure that their trip was not only comfortable but also stress free. She took the time to understand our preferences and requirements, offering personalized recommendations that best suited my mothers needs. Her patience and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set her apart when we requested multiple changes to our own requests. Thanks to Hajar Travels and Hubaiba, my family had an unforgettable Umrah filled with cherished memories. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone looking for a stress free travel experience. Hubaiba's exceptional service truly made all the difference, and I am grateful for her assistance.

Excellent experience. Highly satisfied customer service. Definitely recommend for first timers.
