People don't believe everything you see or read in reviews I had such a bad experience with this company when getting my money back they didn't want to send me a return label and they kept emailing me that I was going to pay more than what I bought it for but that wasn't the case they just didn't want to reimburse or refund me my money back so I did a back charge and got it all back.Beware some of these reviews are fake.

They say you can have a returns for the hair but it’s lying. They are a fraudulent company. They refused to offer me a return even though I followed all of their ‘rules’ for a return. Their hair is incredible thinner than previous hair companies I’ve used in the past and they refuse returns. I am considering legal interventions unfortunately. THEY ARE A SCAM BE AWARE.
