This course is a true example of how you can transform your hair health in just 14 days from inside out. There is so much science based data provided by sarah and her team which cuts out all the crappy free information available online on any social media channels or blogs.
This course empowers us how to choose right shampoo, conditioner and oils and which ingredients to avoid when buying haircare products. Moreover, we made two of our own homemade shampoo. It truly felt like a chemistry lab experiment.
The course highlights importance of healthy nutrient rich diet and stress free life.
I loved being a part of this community who had the similar goals like me. The girls in community are very supportive and friendly.
I'll miss the girls and would miss seeing new mission in my inbox from Sarah and her team

This challenge was eyes opening!…
I participated in this challenge because everything I tried to solve my hair problems didn’t work out. Nothing really became a game changer. So, I thought that I’m omitting something important. That’s the reason why I decided to participate in this challenge : to find pieces of a puzzle for stronger and healthier hair that will remain on my scalp.
I don’t know if I found these precious pieces of a puzzle called “healthy and strong hair” (consistency and time will show it), but what is sure is that I got new knowledge abour haircare and I got some clues that I need to test.
What I appreciated most is that this challange proposes a global approch in tackling our hair problems. It highlights the extreme importance of our diet, of the products we use to take care of our hair, of the necessity of healthy lifestyle and of the way we manage stress. All these aspects count a lot for the health of hair. This challenge also provides concrete hints and pieces of advice in order to improve our haircare routine to reach desired results.
I would certainly miss the community because I appreciated a lot sincere support and compassion that we get here. It was nice to be able to share with other girls my advances and blocking points and to get their advice and support. I felt that I wasn’t alone with my problem. I felt kindness, understanding and support. Thanks a lot for this! It really matters!
Regarding the challenge, I would appreciate more focus on haircare routine depending on differnt hair types and hair problems. I think that other girls would support me on this. We all would have appreciated to create DIY shampoos and conditioners/masks adapted to our hair concerns. Now we need to deep dive in the topic on our own 😨
Thanks a lot for this wonderful challenge. Thanks for this chance to improve our hair and move steps forward to our dream hair ☺️

Bien mais plusieurs points à revoir
Hello, this experience was interesting.
I learned some things even if I don't always agree.
This allows you to get a foothold in the subject of hair care.
However, several points that I find negative or even disappointing:
- The price: it's way too expensive for ephemeral content. At the time of purchase, it was not specified that after a certain time I would no longer have access to what was sold to me. Some missions are too short. It's very expensive for what it is, $37
- The omnipresence of marketing around Hairqare Lab: There is constant pressure to join Haiqare Lab. It seems like this challenge is useless if we don't take this ultra expensive course. Even in the FAQ we are told that we know more about Hairqare Lab
- The community is weak: Little interaction between participants, staff is absent. The email address hello @ hairqare.co rejects emails you send.
- To win a place in the Hairqare Lab we are asked to rate Hairqare on trustpilot. Obviously, we will give a good grade in order to have a chance of winning this program which is very expensive. I was fooled because I consulted Trustpilot to find out if this course was reliable. Know that the majority of ratings are done because there is something to gain behind them. Pay attention !
If you want some advice:
There are courses for much cheaper on the internet with just as good or even better quality.
It remains an interesting and fun course but not worth the price.

Honestly i'm impressed
I took part in the 14 day challenge.
To be honest, at the beginning I was a little unsure whether I would even learn anything new. I've been eating very healthily for a long time and also use an expensive natural cosmetics brand. I've also followed a few tips from other Holistic Hair experts.
But Sarah always surprised me with her expertise and even when I already knew something about a topic, such as: I was able to pick up something new from the diet.
I didn't think I'd done so much wrong when it came to hair care. I found that even the products I was recommended by the Holistic Hair expert aggravated my problems.
I really liked Sarah's honest and authentic style and it was really fun to listen to her. I always looked forward to the new mission.
It was so nice to be in a community with like-minded people and to be able to exchange ideas. I've probably even met a loving woman with whom I still keep in touch on Whatsapp.
My hair looks so much better after 14 days. I have more volume, they have more shine and my curls are coming through more and more.
Sarah gave me so much hope when she also talked about the topic of genetics and
I want to learn so much more to get my healthy, beautiful long hair back from before.

DEFINITELY DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS…
DEFINITELY DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COURSE. I was surprised by all the great reviews here and thats why I decided to buy the course, the thing is all these great reviews are not real, they are written by people that want to get access to the next level, nad you need to write a good review for that.
I bought this course on a Monday when I started my 2 week holiday so I would have time to do it. Unfortunately it seems that even if you are just watching prerecorded videos course only start on Sundays, so I lost that first week. Of course I now only had one week to do it all. I did the first week, which definitely didnt wow me, but I took a bit longer to do the second week because of what I explained and to my surprise after two weeks they limited my access to the course since the 2 weeks had already passed WTH! Not only that but I list access to the only "tool" i thought was a bit useful which is the one to check the blacklisted ingreadients, so basically you can only iuse it for the 2 first weeks and then unless you pay 1000 USD for the second course you cant. SO DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You can learn everything she talks about for free in youtube

Hi Brico,
Thank you for your feedback. We take it very seriously and will address each point in this reply. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Please be assured that the reviews here are written by real students who have both good and bad experiences. We encourage negative feedback too (just like your review here) as it's helpful for us to improve, and for those reading the reviews to understand what to expect. No one is forced to leave a review, and you do not need to leave a good one just to move to the next class.
We understand starting on Sunday doesn’t work for everyone. This is why we allow students to start when it's most convenient to them. We allow up to 6 months to complete the challenge. We admire that you still wanted to work on yourself even on vacation, but we would never want for you to give up your vacation just so you could keep up with the challenge.
The Sunday start date exists to cultivate a shared, supportive learning environment where participants can move through the material together, engage in discussions in real time, and share their progress and insights at the same time. It’s aimed at creating a vibrant community and the most fun experience for our community all over the world.
For those who can’t start on Sundays or stay up to date, the challenge is available for 6 months so you check in whenever you like and complete the challenge all at your own pace.
We're surprised by your comment about your loss of access after two weeks. Could you please email us screenshots of how the access looks on your side? You should have access for 6 months and if this is not the case, then it seems there must be a bug or a misunderstanding and we are committed to working through it with you. Can you please email us at [email protected] and we'll attend to it promptly with you.
Regarding the tool you found useful to check for blacklisted ingredients, you should have access to this for 6 months too. The $1000 course you mentioned is a very advanced course for women who want to solve the most complex and persistent hair issues. This course is not recommended for everyone and we assure you that you absolutely do not need to enrol into it just to use the scanner tool. The GlamIQ app is available to download on the App Store all year round without joining Hairqare Lab.
Thank you for sharing your perspective about Youtube as another source for this information. Much like mastering a musical instrument, while many videos and tutorials are freely available online, having a dedicated teacher who streamlines the process so you can avoid common pitfalls while having a supportive community around you will massively increase the chances of success. Our course aims to be that guide, sifting through the vast sea of hair care information to give you a concise, effective and fun learning experience. It simply helps you get to your goals a lot faster.
That being said, some people have time to browse YouTube for days, months, and years. While others want all of the information delivered efficiently and effectively from experts who've already helped thousands of other women. They have a much deeper understanding of what each unique student should be focused on to achieve their unique goals and heal their unique problems. We love that there are many options available in the world to meet different learning preferences.
If you believe that our specific way of helping women achieve beautiful hair was simply not the right fit for you, we encourage you to reach out to us via email and we’ll send you a refund, no questions asked.
We’re here to give you results. If our paid services aren’t giving you those results, we don’t deserve your money. Your hair and your confidence journey is a priority to us, and we wish you a wonderful journey on your path to optimal hair health, whether it’s with us or through other means.
Best,
Sarah

Hairqare lab is NOT for Black hair, so save your money
Updated as I joined the 500 dollar a year program "Hairqare Lab":
I wouldn't invest in the Hairqare Lab if you have really thick curly hair (especially Afro-textured hair). I wouldn't say it's worth the almost 500 dollars at all. There is very little support, and I am assuming they have a very small team that cannot handle all of the questions that everyone has, which leaves you feeling like you are talking to a blank wall because a lot of the other community members are not active enough or are not knowledgable enough to help on a lot of the topics either. (I thought just MAYBE this would be better on the paid end. It is not. If you scroll through the questions, A LOT are left unanswered because there is only one woman going through them and I guess she checks the forums once or twice a week).
I think for the price to be worth it, either customer service should be more active, or they need some type of live Q&A session at least once a month. Additionally, on top of the yearly subscription fee there are video modules that try to upsell you on their other "99 dollar" e-books, which I wasn't a big fan of. I was surprised even their "2 week meal plan for hair" was 99 dollars. That seems like way too much money even if you are trying to save time, esp since you can find meal plans created by dietitians online for free or probably even just throw your needs into ChatGPT and have it create something for you.
Either way, I would say if you have afro-textured hair, just save your money. The 14 day challenge is worth it to learn more about exploring homemade product options for your hair, learning about silicones and sulfates, learning about good products that work for your hair but after that... I hopped onto YouTube and within a few seconds I found women with all the important information that you really need when taking care of black hair (the importance of detangling, how to prevent water damage, hair porosity, pre-poo, stretching the hair to prevent tangles, diet/water/exercise/stress etc).
My background is I have been taking care of my hair since 2006 and got it to grow out long (used to barely pass my shoulders when straight) and it just stalled around waist-length (stretched), so I didn't come into this challenge completely clueless, which is probably part of my disappointment.
But I have to rate a 3 because after following some of the advice I did a split-end check and for the first time it seems my split ends have gotten WORSE. So yea...don't follow advice from non-black people about black hair.
I will be taking some of the information I did learn and combining it with the more helpful info on YouTube, but I would say overall the information that was helpful I wouldn't have spent more than 100 dollars on.

I joined the amazing 14 day hair…
I joined the amazing 14 day hair challenge last weeks and I can recommend it to anyone! ✨ You can name it so much more than a “hair”challenge because it didn’t only help me with my hair and it routine but also life in general. In addition to the interesting information and helpful knowledge it’s also really interactive, which truly works wonders for me🪄 There also is an awesome community where I gained a lot from all those amazing people and where you can find a lot of knowledge.
My expectations went far beyond anything I expected and a great investment. Massive thanks to Sarah for sharing her knowledge🙏🏼
