I don't usually like to write reviews, I don't feel like I have something important to say, but I recently finished my 14 hairqare challenge and I just have good thing about the experience, a lot of new information for me and a lot of good things from the community, really eye opening two weeks i recommend the challenge it's a journey of self care and self love <3

I did the 14-day challenge and it was life changing! I learned so many valuable lessons about taking care of my scalp, hair and overall health. This challenge not only helps your hair, but there are also lessons centered around better food choices, healthy recipes, fitness and stress reduction, and plenty of DIY ideas to save money too! Last year I enter the 14 day challenge. There was a visible change with how puffy my hair got. But I wanted more, so I enter the haiqare lab, where I learn not only thr direct things to apply to your hair, but the holistic factor that are also imply in having a better hair in the long run. This is the only product on the market that has worked after so many years! It’s because it’s not just another shampoo or hair serum . It’s a very genuine, well thought out and evidence based hair retention and hair growth program. It gives you knowledge and education which equips you to make changes. Hairqare Growth Lab is a detailed, thought out approach teaching us both internal (specific hair loving nutrients, sleep education, blood flow practices to the follicle ) and external techniques(pre shampoo, harmful products, new hair routine to seal the hair strands) . This course seems expensive at the start but it changed my life, I would pay double for it. It’s interactive, videos are short, it’s very engaging, and at the end of it you almost feel sad that it’s over! My hair fall has reduced from 200 hairs per day to 50 in only 1 month. I finally learnt what my scalp is, and got rid of scalp flakes for the first time in 20 years. I m now working on my hair growth with the new practices I learnt. Because it’s not just about hair after you finish;) Sarah teaches you self love, self care, reflection and mindfulness using hair as the tool. And because hair is so important to us girls, it’s all of a sudden very relevant and we engage. through this hair journey we end up more well rounded, self reflective person. I’ve edited it as I was very confused about the start date and refund policy as well. I bought the hair care challenge for 37 dollars. I misunderstood as some things weren’t very clear but the company clarified things for me right away and gave me a refund as I am unable to commit to the challenge now. For some reason in my area the ingredients to make the homemade shampoo are a bit expensive . I hope to try it later on when I have time. They apologized for the confusion I had and gave me a refund plus a free tool to analyze product ingredients. I think the website and the start dates could be a bit clearer on the website.
